1. Services
TrustFix Appliances provides RO water purifier repair, servicing, and maintenance for residential and commercial customers across Bengaluru, Karnataka. We strive to offer high-quality and reliable services through our trained technicians. However, all services are subject to technician availability, parts availability, and site conditions.
2. Booking and Payments
Customers can book services through our website, phone, or authorized representatives. Prices quoted at the time of booking are indicative and may vary depending on the actual condition of the appliance.
Full or partial payment may be required before or after the completion of the service. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other approved methods. All payments made are non-refundable once the service is completed.
3. Warranty and Service Guarantee
We provide a limited service guarantee on certain repairs, subject to the nature of the fault and replaced parts. This guarantee does not cover issues arising from misuse, electrical surges, water quality variations, third-party tampering, or normal wear and tear. Warranty terms will be explicitly mentioned on the service invoice wherever applicable.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure easy and safe access to the appliance before the technician’s visit. The customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding the appliance, previous issues, and site conditions. TrustFix Appliances is not responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect information or unsafe conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we take utmost care in providing our services, TrustFix Appliances shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including water damage, loss of equipment, or loss of use arising from service delays, malfunction, or defective components. Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may attract a nominal service charge. TrustFix Appliances reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances or technician unavailability.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, text, images, and service descriptions, are the exclusive property of TrustFix Appliances. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
