However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or service adjustment is required. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and, if found valid, we may offer:

  • A free re-service, or
  • A partial/full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Refunds will be provided only after a detailed inspection of the reported problem and verification that the issue was caused due to incomplete or improper service from our side.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund request will be considered valid if:

  • The service was not delivered as promised (for example, technician did not visit or incomplete work was done).
  • The same issue reoccurs within 48 hours of service completion and is confirmed to be due to improper workmanship.
  • A payment was made by mistake or a duplicate transaction occurred.

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • The problem arises due to customer negligence (e.g., misuse, tampering, or delay in reporting issues).
  • The customer refuses to allow a re-service or inspection.
  • The product or system has pre-existing faults not covered under the booked service.
  • Consumable parts, filters, or spare parts once installed and used cannot be refunded.

3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment - whether it’s a bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit card, or online wallet. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Technician Visit: You may cancel your service request anytime before the technician visit for a full refund.
  • After Technician Arrival: If the service is canceled after the technician arrives but before work starts, a nominal visiting fee may be deducted.
  • After Service Completion: No refund will be issued once the service is completed unless a valid quality issue is reported within 48 hours.
